PawHop

Terms

Effective October 6, 2026. These terms cover the PawHop apps and pawhop.app. PawHop is published by its owner’s LLC. Contact support@pawhop.app.

A guide, not a guarantee

PawHop shows dog-access information and the source attached to it. Listings can be wrong, out of date, or marked as needing verification. Sample listings are labeled and are not a live policy feed. Check the rule before you go. A park, store, or city can change hours, fees, and pet rules without notice to us.

“OFF LEASH NOW” means a verified clock window includes the current time in America/New_York. Dawn, dusk, and sunset rules are not shown as off-leash right now. An unverified schedule is not shown as current.

Pet policy and service animals

PawHop describes pet-dog access. That is separate from service-animal access. A no-pets rule on a card does not decide whether a service animal may enter. Service animals are not pets. PawHop is not legal advice.

Your submissions

Check-ins, condition notes, policy confirmations, and corrections must be honest. Do not submit someone else’s personal information. You give PawHop permission to display anonymous submissions and to accept, reject, or apply them to a listing. Applying a confirmation marks it as community confirmed. It does not make it an official rule.

A business claim must be made by someone allowed to speak for that business. Approval of a claim can add a PawHop Verified badge. The badge means the business asked for a review. It is not a safety certification and it does not rewrite leash rules by itself.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the app, scrape it in a way that degrades the service, or present PawHop’s unverified text as a guarantee. The maps, names, and sample data stay subject to their own sources.

Liability

PawHop is provided as-is. To the fullest extent the law allows, the company is not liable for a visit that goes badly because a listing, hour, fee, or crowd note was wrong or missing, or for decisions you make about your dog. Some places do not allow those limits. In that case the limit is the smallest the law allows.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. Continued use after the new date means you accept the update. The privacy policy is at pawhop.app/privacy.
